Joining Us

We have two levels of involvement with the Ally Management Group, partners and associates.

As a partner, we approach you or you approach us with a concrete special situation. We have mandates where your skill set and experience may ideally match. Our partners always have hands-on leadership experience, are result-driven people and accept performance-driven pay.

Our associates are young professionals at an early stage of their career, but with a strong skill set and an absolute determination to succeed. Associates work on mandates side-by-side with our partners. After a certain period of time, we recommend our associates to join one of our client companies or an industrial firm elsewhere to acquire actual leadership experience. There is no direct path to partnership. It would defeat our clear dedication to real-life leadership experience as a requirement for partnership at Ally.
