Christoph von Roehl

Christoph von Roehl, Partner of the Ally Management Group, primarily focuses on strategic repositionings, the area of finance & management accounting as well as Corporate Finance/M&A situations.

Christoph von Roehl manages and supports companies, particularly in situations where strategic changes are planned or other entrepreneurial challenges need to be overcome, both in the capacity of General Manager and/or as a member of the Supervisory Board. He is a proven specialist in M&A, strategic partnerships and corporate finance.

Christoph von Roehl most recently acted as General Agent (“Generalbevollmächtigter”) of the owner and Head of the Management Board of Blücher GmbH, as well as Managing Director of the company’s subsidiaries. His area of responsibility also comprised finance/management accounting, corporate communications, IT and HR. Prior to that, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Reichmuth & Co Corporate Finance GmbH and Partner at Reichmuth & Co Holding AG, Lucerne, following his role as Head of the Management Board of Falke Bank AG. He established the Corporate Finance division at both banks and, in particular, advised medium-sized and family-run enterprises, both domestically and abroad. During the course of his professional career, Christoph von Roehl managed a range of other companies in times of strategic change or corporate crisis. For instance, he was CFO and subsequently CEO of RWE Umwelt AG as well as Managing Director of WESTLB, where he was responsible for the company’s large industrial holdings.

Before launching his professional career, Christoph von Roehl completed a vocational training as banker and obtained a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, which is also where he was awarded his doctorate (Dr. rer.pol.).
