Patrick Huber-Flotho

Patrick Huber-Flotho, Partner of the Ally Management Group, is active in the area of strategic and operative restructuring of companies and large real estate portfolios.

Typically, Patrick Huber-Flotho assumes an overall leadership role for a defined period of time.

As part of his activites, Patrick Huber-Flotho is Delegate of the Board of Directors of Swissmetal, a manufacturer of copper and copper alloy products listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Patrick Huber-Flotho was also active for Swissmetal as interim Managing Director of a subsidiary, Busch-Jaeger. His task was the integration of the unit following its acquisition as well as the optimization of the liquidity and financing situation. He was furthermore in charge of the restructuring of the Group’s real estate portfolio.

In his earlier career, Patrick Huber-Flotho was also CEO of Forming AG, a manufacturer of cold-rolled profiles and slit strip for an extensive range of applications and with businesses present in Switzerland, France and Germany, as well as Head of Corporate Real Estate and Managing Director of several subsidiaries of the Keramik Laufen Group, a leading global ceramics manufacturer located in the Swiss canton of Baselland. Before this, Patrick Huber-Flotho was Head of Marketing and Leasing of an international real estate development company.

Patrick Huber-Flotho holds a degree in business administration from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel/Germany. Patrick Huber-Flotho was a guest teacher at the faculty of CUREM, Zurich, as well as the Technical University, Berlin.
