Verena Wild

At the Ally Management Group, Verena Wild primarily focuses on organizational and process optimization projects, particularly in the real estate sector and the health care industry. As a consultant she worked for several big privatisation projects within that sector.

Her consultancy deals with all topics around the organization or pending investments within the real estate sector. In her roles as an interimsmanager or as a managementcoach she works directly or indirectly on the enhancement of her customers shareholder value. Due to her education as a mastercoach she also supports the implementation process of her projects with team development activities.

Verena Wild was Managing Director Germany for an internationally active American software house in the area of system solutions for the real estate industry. Ms. Wild furthermore looks back on several years of experience in both the internal consulting division of a publicly traded, international construction group and further management consulting experience in the real estate and construction industry.

Verena Wild holds a degree of structural engineering and is a graduate from the European Business School in Oestrich Winkel where she completed a degree as Corporate Real Estate Manager. Since 2003 she is lecturer for Corporate Real Estate Management and Investment Management at the polytechnic Braunschweig.
